Account Deletion & Hard Delete Policy
OMG Official respects your privacy and provides a permanent "Hard Delete" option. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from the OMG App, you can do so in two ways:
Option A: In-App Deletion
- Open the OMG App.
- Navigate to Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Click on Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice.
We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
Option B: Email Request
Email support@omgofficial.com with the subject: "Hard Delete Account".
Please provide:
- Registered Email ID
- Registered Phone Number
What Happens to My Data?
User Content
All your Posts, Reels, and Comments are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
Personal Data
Your profile, contact information, and social connections are purged.
Order History
Under Indian law, we are required to retain transaction and tax records (invoices) for a period of 7-8 years. However, this data will be archived and no longer used for marketing or tracking.
Irreversibility
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Loss of Benefits
You will lose access to your order history, active bookings, and any loyalty rewards or spiritual consultations linked to your account.
