Pricing and Payment Terms

Transparent pricing and secure payment processing for all our Services and Offerings. All payments on this platform are for physical merchandise only.

1. Pricing Policy

Transparent Pricing

All prices for our Services and Offerings are displayed on the App and Website. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated.

Total Price Disclosure

We will display a single-figure total price for all Services and Offerings, which includes the base price, all applicable taxes (GST/Taxes), and any additional charges such as shipping or convenience fees, before you confirm your purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST/Taxes unless stated otherwise.

Price Changes

OMG reserves the right to modify the prices of any Services and Offerings at any time. However, the price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order was placed.

Errors

In the event of a technical error where an offering is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

2. Payment Terms

Physical Goods Only

All payments on this platform are for physical merchandise (e.g., Rudraksha). We do not sell digital content, virtual currency, or "pay-to-view" features. Access to all social features (Posts/Reels) is free.

Payment Methods

We accept Credit/Debit Cards and UPI via secure third-party gateways (Razorpay/Stripe).

Advance Payment

Unless otherwise specified, full payment must be made at the time of booking for all Services and Offerings.

Payment Security

We do not store your sensitive card details. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe).

Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of an unauthorized transaction or a chargeback claim, the rules of the respective payment network (Visa, Mastercard, NPCI/UPI) shall apply. For payment-related disputes, you may also reach out to our payment partner, Razorpay.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a different currency is explicitly selected for international orders. For international cards, the final charge depends on your bank's exchange rate and foreign transaction fees.

3. Transaction Failures

If a payment is deducted from your account but the booking for our Services and Offerings is not confirmed, the amount will typically be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.

4. Billing & Invoices

A digital invoice for your purchase of Services and Offerings will be sent to your registered email address and will also be available in the "Order History" section of the App.

5. No In-App Purchases

OMG Official does not sell digital content, virtual currency, or "pay-to-view" features. Access to all social features (Posts/Reels) is completely free.

All payments on this platform are exclusively for physical merchandise. There are no in-app purchases or digital content sales.
