We aim to provide reliable and timely delivery services for all our customers across India and internationally.

1. Domestic Delivery (India)

Pan-India Shipping

We aim to provide Pan-India coverage; however, we exclude specific Restricted Areas based on our courier partners' serviceable limits. If your pin code falls within a non-serviceable zone, we will notify you and process a refund.

Shipping Timelines

  • Processing Time: Usually 1–3 business days to prepare the order. Visit the product page for more information.
  • Transit Time: Our total delivery timeline is usually 2–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary from product to product. The exact shipping fee for any item is clearly mentioned on the product page for your convenience.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure seamless logistics, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners including EKart, DTTC, DHL & Fedex.

2. International Delivery

Global Shipping

We aim to ship globally to reach our customers worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Note: If a specific destination is found to be non-serviceable after an order is placed, your payment will be fully refunded. Please go through our Refund Policy for more information.

Processing & Shipping Timelines

  • Standard International: 10–21 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: Most Indian exporters operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. You must clearly understand that any import duties, VAT, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Documentation

We provide a Commercial Invoice and a Tracking Number for all international shipments.

Shipping Costs

Usually calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination country.

Extended Area Surcharge

For deliveries to remote islands, mountainous regions, or low-density postcodes, an "Extended Area Surcharge" may apply. This fee is calculated based on the greater of a flat minimum fee or a per-kilogram rate as defined by the shipping provider. These charges are independent of our standard shipping rates and are non-refundable and are subject to the courier partner.

3. General Terms (Applies to Both)

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once the order is dispatched.

Digital Content

There are no delivery fees for viewing Reels or Posts as they are free social features.

Address Accuracy

The business is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or phone numbers provided by the customer.

Delays

External factors like weather, strikes, or customs clearance (for international) may cause unexpected delays.

Damaged Shipments

Provide a clear window (e.g., 48 hours) for the customer to report a damaged package with photo evidence.
