Returns & Refunds

At OMG, we strive to ensure that every experience with our Services and Offerings is meaningful and satisfying. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Physical Goods: You may return your item within 7 days of receipt if it is damaged or significantly different from the description.

Damaged Items

The product was received in a damaged or non-functional state.

Significantly Different

The item delivered does not match the description of the Services and Offerings you booked.

Unboxing Video: To ensure a smooth process, for claims regarding missing items or external damage, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to validate the claim.

2. Condition of Returned Products

Condition: Items must be in original packaging with all certificates/tags intact.

Original Packaging

Must include all original tags, certificates of authenticity, and packaging materials.

Non-Refundable: Items Used in Pooja

Items that have been used in spiritual rituals (Pooja) cannot be returned for hygiene and sanctity reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain Services and Offerings are exempt from being returned:

Digital Content

Reports, digital consultations, or downloadable offerings once accessed or delivered.

Consumables

Items like incense, oils, or powders once the seal is broken.

Customized Offerings

Any product specifically personalized or custom-made for the user.

Final Sale Items

Products clearly marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

All return requests must be handled through our official channel:

Include your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Attach clear photos and an unboxing video of the product.

Once our team reviews your request, we will provide instructions for the return pickup or shipment.

5. Refund Process

Inspection

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process

Once the return is inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Deductions

For returns due to 'Change of Mind' (where applicable), shipping charges and a nominal restocking fee may apply. However, no fee will be charged if the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent.

6. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

We will replace any item that is received in a damaged or non-functional state. The exchange will be for the exact same product originally ordered.

Availability

Exchanges are subject to current stock availability. If the specific item is out of stock, we will offer you the choice of:

  • Store Credit for a future purchase.
  • Full Refund to your original payment method.

How to Initiate:

  1. Email team@omgofficial.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID and the Unboxing Video/Photos as proof of damage.
